What types of properties are offered as TICs or DSTs?

  

Almost any type of real property may be sold as a TIC or DST investment.  However, most investors in TICs and DSTs are seeking high quality investment property with the potential to protect invested principal, provide relatively stable income, and moderate appreciation.

Properties range in value from $5 million single tenant retail properties leased to corporate tenants under long term leases to $50 million multi-tenant commercial or multi-family properties.  

TIC and DST properties are generally located in highly visible or desirable locations in major metropolitan and select secondary markets nationwide.  1031 Investment Services provides assistance to clients in understanding the dynamics of each particular TIC and DST property as well as the surrounding market fundamentals.
