1031 Investment Services provides independent real estate market and economic analysis, property specific due diligence, and on-site inspections in an effort to ensure that our clients invest in the highest quality properties available. We also construct diversified portfolios of TIC properties to minimize risk while maximizing current cash flow and appreciation potential. 1031 Investment Services has constructed TIC portfolios ranging in size from three to sixteen properties.
